Free UPS ground shipping on all retail orders. 3 - 5 days delivery. DOGTRA collars are shipped from Torrence CA. Collar orders placed before noon usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day. Down-loadable products are available immediately once your order is processed. We offer rush shipping. Choose phone order at the checkout page and call during business hours for a quote rush shipping.
